About Me…
Healing is a non-linear journey, it’s a process. I would be honored to join you on this path.
Work and Inspiration
I am an integrative nutritionist, health coach, educator, gardener and herbalist. I mainly work one on one with people going through changes associated with aging, especially menopause, and anyone struggling with autoimmune issues. I really like helping people feel seen and heard during what can often be a challenging time of life. I live together with my family on our homestead on the edge of a magnificent forest.
Background and Education
As a kid working on a farm and riding horses through the forests of Delaware I developed a deep love of nature, plants and animals. While in college I had the good fortune to work in the fields and the lab of Dr. Arthur O. Tucker III. He inspired my life-long love and appreciation for the beauty and healing power plants.
I have an MS in integrative clinical nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health. I am also a registered nurse caring for members of our community in a local OBGYN practice. Over the years I have had training in herbal medicine, Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction, Sitting and Integration Training (SIT), and I have a background in health coaching.
My life experiences and passion for health have led me on this journey. If you would like support on your personal health journey reach out and I’ll meet you on the path.

My family and I live on N’Dakinna, the traditional ancestral homeland of the Abenaki, Pennacook, and Wabanaki Peoples, past and present and currently known as the Kosek Traditional Band of the Sovereign Abenaki Nation. We acknowledge and honor with gratitude the land and waterways and the alnobak (people) who have stewarded N’dakinna throughout the generations. We are grateful to live on this land and we acknowledge that many of us are on this land because of violence and settler colonialism. Indigenous people have been living on this land for more than 12,000 years. We recognize that this land acknowledgement is a small but necessary step toward justice.

“A true healer does not heal you; she simply reflects back to you your innate capacity to heal… your own inner knowing and reminds you of the vastness of your being.”
